This used to be the appartement where our albanian family lived since the year 1975, when the building was constructed. We decided to make a Flat to Let in Tirana, as we receive a lot of demand and tourism and travellers seem to ‘attack’ Albania.
It is a spacious lovely three room appartement. We just installed a wireless connection as well so it is really convenient to work and live in it. It has a balcony and two shower rooms, toilets and a bathroom as well. In one of the rooms we decided to leave the kitchen as a facility for people that might need it. It has the charme of communist era buildings, which means familiar and warm. We reconstructed it once in the beginning of the 90ies and another time in Summer 2008.
The location cannot be any better: two minutes walk from the Skanderbeg Square or right behind the Tirana International Hotel.The rooms are as lovely and comfortable as in a real 3 star hotel as the prices are uncomparable.

When in front of the Tirana Hotel (Skanderbeg Square) take the direction to East, towards the mountain. Between the Opera and the Tirana International you will walk in Rruga e Dibres for 50 meters and you will turn left in the Rruga ‘Bardhok Biba’ 100 meters and you’ll be at building nr 73/1, soviet style 4 floor building.
